Questions
What does the free tier hide, and why?
Plan and sponsor names, EIN, ZIP, phone numbers and the administrator name are masked. Everything else — every financial figure, every count, every code — is visible, and search works across all of it. The masking is the paid boundary: the filings are public, so the product is the ability to act on them at scale.
Does the trial need a card?
No. Fourteen days of everything in Pro, with watermarked exports, and nothing to cancel if you walk away. When it ends you drop to the free tier rather than losing access.
How do I cancel?
From your account, at any time, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. Annual plans are not refunded pro rata; monthly plans simply stop.
Why does Team have a three-seat minimum, and how does the price work?
Team exists for shared saved searches and organization-level agent keys, which only mean anything with several people behind them. One or two people are better served by Pro.
The first three seats are $89 each, so a Team starts at $267 a month. Every seat after that is $79. A team of six is $267 plus three at $79 — $504 a month.
Where does the data come from, and how current is it?
The U.S. Department of Labor publishes Form 5500 and 5500-SF filings through EFAST2. We load filing years 2015 to 2025 — 10 million filings — and refresh within a day of each DOL release. We are not affiliated with the DOL.
What does the fee benchmark actually claim?
That a plan of this size, type and industry would be expected to pay about this much for administration, and that this filing reported something different. It is a place to start research. It is not a finding that a plan is overpaying, and we do not write it as one.
What does agent access mean if I am not technical?
If you use an AI assistant that supports MCP — Claude, for instance — you can connect ErisaMiner to it and ask questions in your own words. The assistant runs real searches against real filings and can show you the filings it used. No code involved.
Can I just download the raw DOL data instead?
Yes, and you should if that is what you need — the DOL publishes it free. What you are paying for here is the search layer, the fee model and the agent access on top of it.
